"A picture of almost nothing."
From the bottom of the picture a semi circle of light, like a rising or setting sun, takes up half the picture. This was the day the clocks went forward. Soft, creamy, warm light, diffuse and taken in the late afternoon. The shadow is of the window on the wall, the frame sections barely discernable radiate out like spokes from a bicycle wheel .A greenish tinge creates a soft halo around the edges, the background soft warm ochre brown.
