Wimbledon panoramas on balsa wood
This piece is made up of seven strips of balsawood each of which show a slice of life behind the scenes at Wimbledon in ink and paint on a shallac ground.
The images include the Centre Court roof, a groundsman painting the white lines on a practice court and his Timmy machine, the famous hedge cameraman on the Broadcast roof and views of Court no 3 from above and below.
